Justice League: New Frontier
I started watching this last night, finished it this morning. If you have absolutely no knowledge whatsoever of DC Comics, you'll be completely lost and confused, and ultimately bored. The charcters designs were midly interesting and voice acting.. very odd to say the least.
Sad to say, I was not impressed, which tends to be the way most of DC's animated projects go for me. Don't get me wrong I loved JLU, most of Batman Beyond and a smattering of TT episodes but they need to realize that comic fans want a full adaptation of the story not a "pick what looks cool" adaptation.
I fear for the other animated projects on DC/WB list, they may get the same treatment. Rumour on the tendrils of the webs THE JUDAS CONTRACT has been shelved due to no interest. Uh huh... Everyone who read comics back in the 80's wants this. Teen Titans was insanely huge back then and people want it!!
BTW, I would have felt completely ripped off if I bought or rented this. Thank God, I downloaded it.
